Long story short, A friend and i linked to each other for the refer a friend quest many moons ago. I was on PS4 and he was on both PC and PS4. We are linked on PS4. Though i was able to pick up the quest at the time he was not. I then got it for PC and tried again to link him again, this was all before the move to steam. We are both cross-save enabled. Now that the program is no longer available does that stop the ability to make progress? I mean the quest has been sitting in my inventory 2 full campaigns now. Not that we got it to work before. (O_○) because getting technical support for this game is super difficult.
