Title says it all. I included the whole match in question where it cost me an easy win. Bug occurs @ 5:20 mark. Bungie, this bug is impacting a whole playlist. It ruins games by causing unnecessary losses and unearned victories. I would both acknowledge the issue as well as disabling the modes. Just acknowledging the problem but not mitigating it would be a bad move since it is a bug that is prohibiting players from earning "Unbroken" or just hitting the Comp ranks that they are going for.
