To be clear, the curated TO has snapshot and boxed breathing. This is more of a question on the merit of opening shot versus snapshot. Here's the kicker. I only have enhanced sniper aim (which boosts ads speed) on my exotic helmet, so ophidian aspects are out of the question. Luckily the TO has a really good handling stat to begin with. My beloved has a worse handling stat, but I have some snapshot and quick draw rolls.
