In the 2.5.0.1 patch, the year 1 expansions Curse of Osiris and Warmind were both unlocked for all players. This is likely due to the announcement of Destiny: New Light, which basically is all year 1 content being released for free on all platforms.
Your new max level is 30, and your max power level is 380. Additionally, you also have access to the Eater of Worlds and Spire of Stars raids.
Come September, you will be able to play your selected characters on all platforms via Cross Save.

That means you still have some Red War milestones you need to clear. The expansions don’t become available until you fully complete the base campaign. You can check your milestones by opening the milestone blade from the Director.
