A game that many people probably don't know about is, Dreams. It's currently only the creator tools. Media Molecule released it in early access(it's not half broken like EA steam games, so no worries) they are still working on the story mode, but for anyone on PS4 who is really creative, it's a must have.
You can create you own music, levels, games, art, character models and basically whatever you can think of. Someone has already made a P.T. level and it's insane how good it looks.

Most are just proof of concepts, but there are some small levels that can last about an hour or 2. My brother found a Clank(from Ratchet and Clank) puzzle level that took him about 2-3 hours. Forgot to say that is't also multi-player(offline, not sure about online) for both playing and creating levels.
