Bungie: Well Tess has ornaments now for it and you should check them out!
Me: Oh? Is she giving them out free for beating the mission on Heroic????
Bungie: No, but.....
Me: Oh. Is she selling them in exchange for bright dust then?
Bungie: Not exactly, but.....
Me: Well.....what gives?
Bungie: Use our Silver currency (aka real world money) to buy the ornaments so you can fight with Outbreak Prime in style!!!

Anyways I think an ornament for completing all configurations (or one configuration) would work fine for rewarding us cosmetically for hard work.
