Exactly, nerfing both is overkill and would just ruin the weapons especially lunas and they cant just nerf howl and leave it as a 180 because then that punishes players for hitting crits because its Ottk would be 2H1B but if you hit only heads its 4H, its why i suggest leaving howl as it is with its current damage modifier so that its unbuffed TTK is changed from 0.67 to 0.80 the same as all 140s and thorn(the only other 150 that can 2H1B) Thanks for your comment :)
