It's a one hit kill weapon. Can confirm and did lots of testing BUT it's very inconsistent and needs a patch fix I can one hit kill guardians in the crucible with concussion grenades on impact yet not with spike grenades and a direct hit? The only other explanation is that the bullets fired from you opponents will strike it and detonate the grenade prior to it directly hitting you hence not killing them
