LoA (and DARCI) need moved into the special slot. They simply don't compete in the heavy with more prevalent weapons like WotW, Sleeper, or Thunderlord. Tractor Cannon is the only heavy shotgun we need. And that's mostly due to it being less a shotgun and more a debuff applicator.
