The only place I know for sure where you can get the ship is from the Shattered Throne, because I've seen a video of someone getting it to drop at the end.
The ghost and the sparrow both dropped for me from (I think) just random Dreaming City stuff. The sparrow may have come from turning in an Oracle offering.

Yes, I saw this video too. But the question is it just random drop or encounter drop. I did ST every week it was avalible, and still no ship. But I'm curiouse, can I farm Throne whole week and have chance for ship, or I can only kill last encounter, and if ship will not drop, I should wait for 2 weeks to try again.
