Reported many players over the years nothing gets done, paid carries and account recoveries are advertised on well known auction sites by pro players/clans!!!

Paid carries and account recoveries are advertised on bungie's app and nothing is done about it. When it is clearly against bungie's code of conduct and console terms of service. Cheaters make this game prosper and that what bungie wants. Cheating=time invested. $$$ for bungie.
