I have the same problem, I had completed the requirements, just had not redeemed the reward. Why would redeeming the reward that you completed the requirements for be time bound other than to mess with people? Also it says it is no longer possible to earn the reward... I already earned it, just had not downloaded the tracks yet and now can't do that despite "earning" it.
