Scout Rifle Damage
At the release of Destiny 2: Forsaken, Scout Rifle damage was reduced for PvE activities. This was further impacted by an issue where Explosive Rounds were negatively effecting damage, which was addressed in a recent hotfix.
To further address the player feedback, we are planning to increase Scout Rifle damage by 15% in a future patch.

12 回复This was pretty crappy on your part Bungie. Nobody was complaining about scouts being too strong or too weak. The only reason I can think of that you did this was to PUSH players to use pulse rifles and bows as these are the new weapons you "want" us to use rather than our trusty and accurate scouts. Make all weapons effective and let the players choose what best fits their play style.

1 回复I have no idea why you guys felt it was a good idea to reduce the damage of a weapon people weren't using in the first place only to turn around and buff it again. Did you learn nothing from the excessive nonsense in Destiny 1 with the idiotic weapon rotation. You've already succeeded in making a hand Cannon and kind of pulse meta in The Crucible again. Is it too much to ask to have all four classes reasonably balanced and just leave it alone?

1 回复I haven't used a single scout rifle since Forsaken droped, and probably still won't because everything else will still be more viable even if they were brought back to their original position. They all just feel off imo. Like they're too slow and clunky or are outdated.

Please put scouts back to how they were pre forsaken. NO NERFS PLEASE. We want to have fun! Pve is fine how it is. This has been said so many times it’s almost not even worth saying again, but, I will. Separate pve and pvp for the sake of your game.

God job, Bungie. There was not a single thing wrong or OP with scouts yet you decided to "fix" then till you broke them. Could you guys leave things alone that are perfectly fine? You are causing more problems not less Jeez!!
