Hey @Bungie So, I've been working on two hunters, I am currently 544 light/power. I completed my oracle bounty on both of my hunters and I got 2 powerful drops at 526. (I thought it was a one time bug so I tried again) Of course this is disappointing but I'll get over it. I just hope this doesn't become a huge problem and gets fixed relatively soon.
