Opened a Case about my Negative Silver and you just responded with the FAQ....

Look. I haven't bought Silver. In a long time. Months, maybe even last year. I bought Forsaken and I now suddenly have a -2,100 Silver balance. I followed your advice, Bungie, and opened a ticket. I put in the ticket that I dont have any Silver purchases to have a chargeback on, which is what's in your FAQ. You responded to my case by sending me the freaking FAQ. That's it. Are you not even reading the ticket? Pretty aggravating, honestly. I mean, if you never want me to buy Silver again, I guess that's one way to do it, but stating in the FAQ that I have a negative balance WHEN I HAVENT PURCHASED ANY SILVER, and then ignoring my ticket is pretty frustrating.
