So I don't know about everybody else, but I order my Solstice of Heroes T-shirt on August 17 and still do not have it. I've gotten no follow up from the Bungie store about whether my shirt as been mailed. I was told when I purchased my shirt that details of my order would be texted to me and I haven't heard anything. I reached out to Customer Service yesterday and still haven't gotten any information... It's definitely frustrating there is no number for me to call to talk to a live person. It's also annoying that Bungie has made me grind in this game for some cool stuff and are not being helpful at all. Any advice community? This definitely has left me hesitant about diving into Forsaken with this is the level of player support Bungie has been providing me... Would love some insight...
