So I have met the requirement to Masterwork the SoH Boots by getting to Legend Valor (2000 points) in PvP. However the checkbox on the Boots is not filled, the SoH statue in the Tower offers nothing and there are no options to Masterwork in the character screen as there was for my Warlock Bond. Am I missing something, like having to reset my Valor or speak to an NPC? Thanks for any help!
