The title is self-explanatory. Upon completing the Red War Campaign and even reaching maximum level, Faction Rallies Introduction Milestone did not appear to me. I have talked to all the faction leaders, but all that appears to me upon approaching them is list of possible rewards, nor am I, obviously, able to pledge, and there is no faction buff for me in a character screen (so having pledged already is not an option). Any ideas what might be causing that, and/or any possible fixes, please? Reading official forums, different websites and Reddit, I concluded that it is a frequent problem.
