Since Warmind released, they nerfed most of the increases from powerful rewards (used to be roughly +3 to +5 per reward, now it’s +1 to +3), with the exception of raids & Trials that still give +3 to +5.

The Leviathan raid (both normal & prestige) are 300 power recommended. The EOW raid lair is only 320 or 330 if i recall correctly. Each of these will reward powerful gear for each encounter, so you can get roughly 10-15 powerful rewards for doing just these.
