And this attitude is the reason we have problems. In an online game you are supposed to compromise and reach an accord with your team so everyone has a good time. It's entirely selfish to demand other people "don't play" because they have a style you don't like and wont accommodate. You want to rush it? Fine, just say so. Don't run off like a twonk and die over and over making it a pain in the arse for the other two players.

A simple question. Why would you waste hours killing something that doesn't drop anything? It's obviously better to finish 10 strikes than 6 right? (random numbers) Not to forget the most important point. As you said destiny is a mmo and you play MMOs however you want.

For the same reason I play any computer game. To play the game. Hell I play games where there is absolutely no point in playing it, other than to play it (FSX for instance). The reward is in having fun while playing, not the loot you get doing it. People forget that.

Destiny is a looter. Better loot should be your priority and not wasting time and bothering your teammates. You are definitely better at playing a single player game than destiny.
