Seems like most people are going to route of weirdest looking.
But a couple went with things which are functionally weird:
No biological need for men to have nipples.
While making sex more fun, not sure clitoris is necessary... must have been put there by God to make sex more appealing.

The uvula stimulates the gag reflex. Someone else explained it in one of the other replies. Ya it doesn’t really serve a function other than being kinda sensitive and being the thing makes kept when the fetus changed from female to male. So it’s pretty much just a sensitive place. That’s kinda weird I wonder why it’s there(biologically speaking)
