Yeah ..... NOOOPEE! I'm not paying 80 euro for 'delux' fixes to the game ....
So the announcement video I saw was actually a good first impression, as in a 'look they are adding interesting stuff to keep their fanbase alive a while a longer' kind of good.
And it lasted until that last image of "pre-order now" .... where I pretty much went 'whaaaaaaaaat?'
So they charged ppl 60 euro + 35 euro season pass for some below par product, and now that they actually add what was expected from day 1 they put it behind a paywall of 80 euro for the delux edition?
That is 175 euro for a game that MIGHT actually deliver on the original promise.

I get that they put a lot of effort into creating the DLC, but all this time and effort was already payed for in full when they under delivered in the first place, while the game was the second most bought game
that year.
I can buy a dosen other games for 175 euro that will provide me with at least 1000 hours worth of gameplay, and I'm talking about games AAA that were good. Stuff like Titanfall 2, Witcher 3, GTA 5 and I could go on.
They make you pay for seasonal events. EVENTS!!!!
This isn't about weather or not I'd have the money for it. Its about the respect they don't give and the trust they so badly try to get back. It's about having the cheak to make ppl pay for what was initially a bundle of shits and promises for 95 euros, and then charge them for the actual fix with a delux bundle to top it of.
People need to start voting with their wallets. Don't pay for wjat you should have already gotten in the first place.

2 回复You honestly think your $80 is expensive. The Digital Deluxe Edition on Playstation Australia is $115. You may want to re-think $80 is a decent price mate. Just saying!

1. It's gonna be like how the Exotic rework and Warmind were released together. Everyone gets the changes, but people who pay get new content 2. As far as I'm aware, the annual pass is just the DLCs minus the story campaigns. I believe they will have raid lairs as well 3. Of people payed money like that and enjoyed the product, why wouldn't they continental to support it? The game has problems I'll admit, but I definitely feel like I got my money's worth

11 回复I paid £90 for the base game with expansion 1 and 2 which were total disappointments and now bungie want me to shell out another £70 for this poor game? So that's £160 FOR A GAME! I think I would rather use the money to buy other games coz I have no idea how much extra content we will get for the annual pass apart from a vague description

2 回复First off, your putting in the price for the annual pass alongside the price for the foreskin expansion. You don't have to purchase the annual pass at the same time, or at all. Second, you didn't pay for them already. You have everything you played for already. It was clear upon purchase just what you was getting. If you played Destiny, you also knew this upcoming expansion was going to be N expansion, and not one of the smaller dlc's. You also would have known it would cost about $40, same as TTK, and RoI.

1 回复Seriously, I suggest you read This Week at Bungie on this app every week. They've already explained that the game play changes to "fix" this game are free, seasonal events are free, etc. They outline what's included in Forsaken, the Annual Pass and what's free to base game owners.

You aren't paying for events. You are paying for dlc that adds new endgame activites weapons and armor. And yes I am talking about the annual pass. Seasonal events are still free and we're never planned to be added to any pass I don't know where you heard that

1 回复You are once again misinformed. All the fixes to the game be it random rolls, weapon slot changes, and masterwork changes are free. All players will get this update. You are paying for the DLC that releases with the update.

1 回复Destiny 2 until last dlc was utter garbage, but hands down, was cheapest per hour game i have played last year. Look at games like new God of War, full price, game time about 40h and that`s it, great but finite.

2 回复Than go buy those games and have fun. Isn’t that what it’s all about? But September marks a year later after D2 launch. Isn’t wow like 15 bucks a month? But those that love and enjoy the game will continue to buy. That’s what it comes down too, paying for some more enjoyment.

2 回复I’d like to encourage u to stay but destiny isn’t a overnight game to complete .gta 5 and the other games u mentioned are “old” so no contest there .u have a 50/50 reason but that’s pending what time u got to game .it looks like u haven’t experienced enough of destiny 2 to make a call like u have ....unless u like overnight easy games to do ..please stay ....
