I'm pretty sure an overcharged Axion Bolt grenade gets more than 1 extra axion dart, I think it gets up to 5 total.

    Nope, sorry. Only three. Although if two targets are standing close enough together they can both be hit by the same seeker. I think it's pretty fair as Axion Bolt is a guaranteed kill against most enemies in PvE.

    I remember getting a triple kill with charged axion bolts where all the three enemy players were packed really close. One of them had low health so he died and activated bloom. Then the two players both got hit by the remaining two axion bolts and the explosion from the axion bolts and bloom killed them. Propably one of my favourite memories I have of D2
