Iced Coffee. Appeals to my sweet tooth. I usually don't get up early enough to have breakfast or make drinks so I usually pick up some iced coffee and a pastry on the way into uni.
A glass of milk during regular mornings.
Some frosties cereal with strawberry yogurt (it is really good, try it), or a banana milkshake if I'm going to do sports.
Or some MATE if I just want to relax at home
