But didn’t you simply try matchmaking rather than searching for players on forums, etc?

Ha! Tell me about it! I haven’t played SOT for a week, there’s literally barely any content whatsoever to keep you interested in coming back. When the best bit is having a laugh with other players for a short while, then there’s something wrong! Playing other games now

由YourVillain编辑: 3/30/2018 9:05:38 PMOh I was pissed. I was just about to hit post. Like 30 mins...gone. I honestly like sea of thieves. It has some very original idea but apparently developers don't understand the difference between building a WITH the player instead of building a world BECAUSE of the player. Of they are trying to create a world that feels alive there needs to be NPCs that make the players feel like they live there. Not just waiting around for the player to step in front of them like a Chucky Cheese Robot Bear Band. EVERY developer even thinking of building an open world sandbox need to play Red Dead Redemption and take some notes. You should be riding around and random things happen to NPCs that may not even involve the player. Dangerous wildlife should attack you randomly and sometimes the NPCs. Situation should arise that put you in a morally grey area that has nothing to do with the story directly but effect your reputation. That's how you build a world. SoT forum looks a lot like Destiny's at this point. Looks like things are reaching critical mass. It's about sink or swim time for developers. These shenanigans can't continue much longer.

由MightyJonE编辑: 3/30/2018 11:31:04 PMWell yes, everyone likes the IDEA of sea of thieves, but there’s not really a game there. It needed another year in development, at least. In fact, I’d go as far to say it might’ve been better off as a current gen and next gen launch title in 2020 or thereabouts, when the next gen launches

由YourVillain编辑: 3/30/2018 1:31:09 PMSurely you jest Sir. Most players (at least it seems to be) are PC players and there is no way to filter for that. Also, as usual, players are dicks so if you join a random already established crew they will lock you in the brigg, since there is no way to make private slots on ships at the moment. Not a great system
