I think this is the game they basically aimed to create though. So I don't see any apologies coming anytime soon. There's a lot of things players are suggesting/asking for that get no traction at all. Or at least it seems totally ignored. Things like expanded subclass trees. Or a more in depth mod system. Other requests include more powerful exotics, armor set bonuses, random rolls, adding another class or subclass, exotic quests, and more diverse loot. I think a lot of these requests Bungie views as causing potential balancing issues. Everything has been pretty simplified. I just don't see them expanding on the RPG aspects of the game.
