So is this only temporary? Would their account be deleted? All they have to do is play Destiny 2 to get back on?

Nah its permanent. They did this with d1 but only for #destiny. Your account had to have played d1 to post in #destiny. Now to post anywhere besides #help you have to get to the farm on destiny 2. Its a shitty way of getting the criticism out of your forums.
