I’ve been calling for this arrogant asshole to be canned for about two years now. Almost every time I do I get the whole, “you don’t have a heart”, thing, among other BS about not firing him. The guy is in a position that he has no business being in and has completely wrecked the game. D1-he was on the sidelines after it was pretty much completed, so there was very little impact. D-2 with him as director and him knowing what we want and how we want to play is a complete mess. At the very least he, and the leadership team needs to be replaced.
