I'm going to be honest I couldn't take the full 10 minute video, that guy's voice just gives me a headache. However all he seemed to mention was the expansion title being "Gods of Mars". The teaser image shows a frozen wasteland and Warmind symbol. With the Aracebo adventure on Io, the Ice Caps of Mars are explicitly mentioned at the end so I would assume this is where we'll be going. My Name is Byf did a video a while ago about who the Guardian in the teaser image is and stated it may be Ana Bray, and with Clovis Bray being based on Mars i'd be inclined to agree. I hope we get some confirmation soon with a short description or something since it'd be nice to know what's coming next. (And hopefully this dlc will be better than Curse of Osiris)
