silly eververse doesn't impact my enjoyment of the game at all.
if you don't like it then don't spend any money, it's that simple.

My man, it (allegedly) does affect you, it's just that the people saying to remove Eververse are not articulating their argument very well. Or even at all. I believe the theory goes that if their was no Eververse then that time spent creating it would be spent on more general game content (theoretically benefiting all gamers), or that these 'Eververse' items would be available as content rewards (e.g. strike-specific gear) - again benefiting all. I'm of the mind though that if there were no Eververse then the extra items probably just wouldn't have been made at all, and they'd have pocketed the savings made on hiring extra employees/time spent etc.

So very true. I've yet to see anything in there that I want. I'm not in to emotes. I collected the non-eververs ships fairly extensively in D1, but they've even taken the fun out of that in D2 with the shoddy collection display and significantly inferior companion app options and quality. Some very questionable decisions annoy me, not the Eververse content though cos it's all useless.
