It's good, but no GOTY.
I would pick any of the following over it:
Prey
Wolfenstein 2
Zelda BotW
Super Mario Odyssey
Hellblade
Killing Floor 2
Warframe

Loved Odyssey, BOTW was okay IMO (plz don't hate me. TP's one of my fav games!). The rest I haven't really played. 2017 was an awesome year for gaming, except for games by one certain company *cough* EA *cough*
