Ive seen rockets shoot a chest off the map. How would itbstop the problem? Wouldnt making the chest solid to the ground like d1 chests were solve the issue?

Why not just send the items to the postmaster if you don't loot the chest? They already know if you participated in the event or not and can prevent you from opening the chest if you didn't, so same could be applied with sending the items to the postmaster.
