IIRC destinytracker reported time in orbit + tower + in game whereas Wasted on Destiny only shows ingame. 2744 is quite a bit of hours but i suspect the 5000 included all the rest. Tower maintenance activities are technically still time in game but it DOES also include walking away while sitting in orbit.
