So in other words, it's the ending to Mass Effect 2 all over again, except instead of giant robot cuttlefish we get giant alien pyramids.
Oh joyous day.

<The way they activated and headed towards the galaxy gave me ME2 feels. In that light I kinda hope they comb the entire galaxy like the Reapers did. If the Leviathan campaign ends in D3, then I want to take back the Empire and look up, seeing a dozen of these ships and everyone panicking. Cabal Battlecruisers and Carriers falling from the sky. That'd be some memorable shit.>

由jafer_33编辑: 1/31/2018 12:48:56 AMFor Destiny 3, we definitely need some allies to aid us in our struggle against the Darkness. The "Eye of Another World" lore suggests that there are worlds that lie beyond the void who would yearn to aid us against the Darkness. Just like how we gathered alliances in Mass Effect 3.

<We can take a guess that the Fallen are going to join us. They couldn't let the Traveler die. They probably all got riled up when the Cabal arrived because of it (and invasion of territory). If Calus keeps his word, then the Cabal will be with us. All that's left is the Vex but they're probably going to ditch the galaxy and wait until this whole thing blows over. Then it's just 3 races against 3 races (Hive, "5th race", and Taken (if that counts)).>

<I'm not sure that the 5th race is the Darkness either. I believe the fifth race is a species rejected by the Traveler, which is why the Darkness (a primordial entity) would favor it. So they built ships, and a ship for the Deep (the big one? the mothership?) so that it can also travel around. So now we have a fleet of angry people led by an ancient god who wants to destroy everything possible.>

It is also possible that they are working for Nezarec since we have absolutely no idea regarding their allegiance. If this race is indeed working for the Darkness, then Nezarec would probably be the main antagonist in Destiny 4 since there are 4 Destiny games based on the contract.
