What if it cost bright dust to pull them out of the collection page and the cost would be more than what you would get back from dismantling? So nobody could game it for profit? It’s that way with exotic gear and legendary shards. (Yes, I know you can farm weapon parts from the exotic collection but it’s at the cost of legendary shards. Plus ships and sparrows don’t dismantle into weapon parts) That way, I still have my trophies sitting there in the collection page. I can show people I’ve been there, collected that. And I still have room in my inventory (and heart) to collect season 2 ships.
