I just want to know which designers were responsible for making ugly crap and dumb weapons, like "Ok, Steve, we've got 2-3 really good weapons from each archetype, now I need some garbage. Give me something dumb like rocks, like a single shot grenade launcher with zen moment or something. And some hideously ugly armor that we'll reskin a bunch of time instead of reskinning the good looking armor."
"I know, make an exotic single shot grenade launcher that goes in the energy slot, but nerf the crap out if it. Seriously, I want it to shoot water balloons or something. And make it reload itself if you almost kill something with it, but not if you actually kill something with it. That'd be too EASY."

Speaking of ADS, the perk for Skyburner's Oath says I get extra damage ADS, it did NOT also say I got a lower rate of fire. I found that out on my own. What you have there is a regular perk, not an exotic perk.
