DLC codes are region locked. You cannot use the code you purchased on your account because the code is from one region and your account is another.
Your only option is to change your account's region and you'll have to do that through the platform's customer support; based on your code being for Playstation, you'll need to speak to Sony about changing your account's region. Bungie cannot assist you with this.
There is nothing else that can be done outside of you simply buying the game properly in your region.
I hope the Collector's Edition was worth going through all the trouble, it sounds like a pain to me, but good luck!

If you cannot change the account's region, then your two options are to create a new account using Spain's region and enter the codes there and play or that yes, you'll have to purchase the DLC properly from your own region. Codes are region locked to keep people from buying codes in other regions much more cheaply or trying to gain them through other nefarious means and thus circumventing their own region's fees, tarrifs, laws, etc.

You can't imagine how sad is to read that :( ... I bought it in Spain because there was not any store that were going to bring the collector's edition to Colombia, and believe me, I paid almost the double to get it on my hands... Anyway, If I create the other account I can share the DLC to my own account, but, will I get the special digital content too? The emote, emblem and sword from the collector's edition? I want at least that.. Please, I think that it can be made from you..
