I don't accept the generic response i was given to this issue, i also don't appreciate being completely blocked from getting any further information or help by a forum moderator. I did not see anywhere on launch warning about third party programs, i didn't read anything about the beta, so was not aware of any issues regarding third party overlays and programs such as Discord, Razer Synapse, GeForce Experience. Simply stating that "You don't disclose any information about the ban" is pretty much telling a child off and not telling them what they've done, nobody can learn from it.
