It’s tough to say, Nessus in reality is only about 60 KM, give or take 16, in diameter, which would likely make the Leviathan’s maw fairly small, probably somewhere in the 100-150 KM range if I were to guess based on concept art. Calculations on reddit put the Dreadnaught at approximately the size of our moon, so I’d say it really depends on the unseen portion of the Leviathan. Does it have a “tail” like the creatures seen in the collectors edition postcards? Does it have a stunted aft? It’s hard to say without a full profile of the ship.
At this time I still suspect that the Dreadnaught is the largest vessel in Sci-Fi
If you look at Nessus (very tiny compared to Saturn) and Saturn, if appears the the Dreadnaught is bigger than the Leviathan, and also the inside of the dreadnaught, it's the size of our solar system!
The dreadnaught is certainly bigger than all of the accessible portions of the leviathan, but we must remember, what is accessible is the "tiny" portion of buildings on the top of the ship, which is actually a giant city. Ergo, the leviathan as a whole is bigger than the dreadnaught.
(Although if we include the expansiveness of oryx's throne world with the dreadnaught then the dreadnaught is bigger because it'd literally be housing an entirely different plane of reality.)

Wouldn't that's been a cool dlc... a whole different plane to explore.
This is a good question. They have to be pretty close in size, given how big the leviathan looks from Nessus and the size of the dreadnaught in comparison to Saturn's rings they have to be about the same size. Just massive ships
