Hi,
The Destiny 2 Movie of the week emblems aren’t available just yet. However, only winners from after the launch of Destiny 2 are eligible to receive the new Movie of the week emblem in Destiny 2.

It just sucks because I never received Sign of Containment after being given the honorable mention, nor did I get it all the way up to D2's launch (I checked the kiosk and postmaster regularly until the day of). And I've since moved on, deleting D1 from my PS4, and am now invested in D2. See where I'm coming from?
