It's as simple as that, i have everything, but upon completing the red war campaign i went to the tower and there was no Ghost, and certainly no Coldheart. I have actually had this problem since launch but only now got aggravated to talk about it, does anyone have any ideas on what may help, or how to resolve this issue?
