Hello,
Which activity were you trying to launch? I do not believe the Leviathan raid supports this yet, Nightfall should though.

Guided Games Beta Guided Games will be in a limited-access Beta for the Nightfall activity from September 12, 2017 through September 26, 2017. During the Guided Games Beta, all Clans will be eligible to join a Guided Game as a Guide. A percentage of players will be given tickets to join a Guided Game as a Seeker. September 26, 2017 is the targeted release date of Guided Games for all players for the Raid and Nightfall activities.
