1. In the download section of the console does it say it's downloaded? 2. Game-sharing Accounts won't have access to ANY of the pre-order/exclusive items. 3. Does YOUR account own the game or does your brothers account own it?

Wait a min... Go back to your Code redemption history in Bungie.net and tell me does it say 'for the sparrow' something along the lines of the words 'claim or redeemed'? Because when you get this kind of code usually when it's downloaded you have to then 'pick' which console family (Xbox,ps,etc.) you want the item on.

When i go to my bungie account under codes i was able to redeem my xp boost from the pop tarts but the sparrow says "Claim this item once you have unlocked sparrow usage in Destiny 2." Instead of saying redeem and chose your platform.

Haven't heard of that requirement before?? Weird. 1. Did you complete the campaign and reach lvl 20 on at least one character? 2. Do you own a different Sparrow and have you equipped it? 3. Did you buy or get Sparrow from Amanda holiday in the tower?

I bought a sparrow and checked back it still says the same thing but she was also selling the same sparrow that i was supposed to get from the code not sure if it has a different skin but it was 5000 glimmer. Sparrow is Athena victorious
