I entered a Rockstar code and it shows in my code redemption history, but when click on the redeem link I get this: This offer requires a linked Destiny account attached to your profile before you may redeem it. Please link a Microsoft/Xbox Live Account or PSN Account that has played Destiny to this profile to proceed.
All my other codes work, what is going on? I was able to redeem the pop tarts codes I received and yet the Rockstar ones give this error message.

14 回复Hello, Thank you for your report. At this time, we are aware that this error will appear primarily when players attempt to redeem codes using INTERNET EXPLORER, which is no longer supported by Bungie.net. Please attempt to redeem your code on an alternate web browser. If you continue to experience this issue, please reply to this post with the following:
• Which web browser are you currently attempting to redeem your code on? • What credentials are you attempting to use when logging in to Bungie.net and redeem codes? • Are you attempting to redeem codes for the matching credential, or have you signed in with an alternate credential? (Ex, Signed in with PlayStation Credentials, attempting to redeem code for Xbox)
Thank you.

Same problem here. I'm drinking this swill instead of my preferred energy drink just to get codes and they're not even working. I suppose I... Shouldn't expect anything better in this life of mine. They'll be doing maintenance again this morning too. I work overnights and 7 am to 2 pm are my waking hours outside work. The exact time they turn the new game I just paid 60 bucks for off. How am I supposed to get my light level up for this stupid raid if I can't even play the game. I wasn't even gonna buy it, either. Should have gone with my gut.

I am having the same issue. Never had this issue yesterday or before. Bungie is doing some big revamps I think with Raid, Xur, and Vanilla Destiny patches. Here is the initial error code I get: This offer requires a linked Destiny account attached to your profile before you may redeem it. Please link a Microsoft/Xbox Live Account or PSN Account that has played Destiny to this profile to proceed. CANCEL CONFIRM When hitting confirm I then get: You require a linked ###Platforms.None### account in order to perform this action. I am signed in. This is an obvious Bungie coding error. Hope they fix soon.

4 回复Same issue here and my sparrow from target says "Claim this item once you have unlocked sparrow usage in Destiny 2." which I've already hit lvl 20 and it hasn't showed up.

I'm also getting the error "This offer requires a linked Destiny account attached to your profile before you may redeem it. Please link a Microsoft/Xbox Live Account or PSN Account that has played Destiny to this profile to proceed." and my psn is clearly linked....

Im having the same problem. I literally hate Pop Tarts but I did it for my guardian and this is how Im rewarded. Hopefully Bungie will get on this soon. As for us we should probably keep posting so we can get the word out more

Same problem here. Ive redeemed codes in the past with no problem but for some reason i cant now that d2 is here. MY ACCOUNT IS LINKED. I dont understand what the problem is or why anyone from BUNGIE cant give us an answer or at the very least say "were working to figure it out". Looks like we all go scammed into buying pop tarts and rockstar so everyone at bungie can line their pockets.

Having the same issue. Hope they fix it soon. I encourage anyone reading this to comment if they have this issue so they actually fix it. I remember when they never fixed the TTK Iron Banner ghost shell despite acknowledging it wasn't green like it was supposed to be after the ROI came out. They left all sorts of literal holes in the the walls of the black garden area wherever its used for missions and strikes that are an eyesore too.
