I'm playing on a shared account and am not getting my bonuses either. I bought the game on my main account but I always play on a sub account so there are no conflicts with accounts being logged in ( Family sharing is can be both effective and frustrating). I then tried entering codes for the XP boost from Poptarts and they didn't show up either.

Did Bungie come out and definitively say this? And did they say it before people bought the game? I'm mostly annoyed because if they had just said game share wasn't gonna work I would have skipped preorder and the deluxe version.
