Two friends and I finished the campaign and unlocked all the end-game content. When we went to play the Meditations offered by Ikora, we all chose the "Combustion" mission. However, none of us are now able to start the Meditation. See the [url=http://i.imgur.com/lHlfxnn.jpg]attached image[/url]. When approaching the Meditation trigger, it says "Requires Fireteam Leader". This appears when as a fireteam, but ALSO when playing alone. In the image, I loaded into the Tower by myself. The mission on the map also says "Players do not have access to this activity". We are all at level 20 and have loadouts above the recommended power. We have completed the campaign. I have accepted the reward from Ikora. I have no other options when speaking to Ikora. Affected players (from the fireteam), all on PSN: comphermc, yo-eel, Red_Barron84 Please help me, Bungie.
