Yes.
People say don't do cardio because it ruins your gains. Which is really only true if you do it first thing at the gym. Always the last for me.
I also do heavy lifting and calisthenics. I got 4-5 times a week for the last 3 years. Difficult at first but it's also very fun settinf goals and accomplishing them.
I recommend every one to go consistently at least for a month. You shouldn't regret it one bit
