Doesn't Washington use a battle rifle? So wouldn't his weapon of choice be a pulse rifle?
I would say the Stalker BNGL would be a better choice personally.

While he does use a battle rifle, Wash is also an expert at wielding knives. With the Monte Carlo being an Exotic that allows one use their melee ability more often, it really fleshes out Wash's fighting capability. Plus the fact that the Royal Flush Ornament gives the weapon a similar color scheme as him. Besides, the Stalker BNGL is not even a pulse rifle, nor is it an Exotic.
