I would suggest at least a 750 watt psu. Other than that, awesome build. I'm saving up some cash to upgrade my pc with more ram, storage and DDR4 hardware.
650w is plenty for that build. People overestimate the amount you need. Put your parts into pcpartpicker and it will tell you how much. I'd be willing to bet this list doesn't go much over 400w
True, pc parts are indeed more energy efficient now. But in long term, with a little moar power. Might not have to worry about future upgrades. Like setting up a few extra HDD for games as they get bigger. And SLI with another video card. Maybe some over clocking.
And I learned the hard way not having enough power can kill video cards. I got a code 43 on two cards. I was also running with a 650watt.
But anyway. Just a suggestion.
