"He was in a car crash tonight and we need you to come down and identify his body"... Her..."What??? Are you serious"???(massive crying)... "Sorry to tell you this Miss (common name) but yes and you're listed as his emergency contact "... Her...(cries a lot more)... "Sorry again"... I hang up...
